I talk quite a bit about my free buyer's consults that I have for my clients and while I gear up for one later on today, I figured it was the perfect time to share ✨WHY✨ they are so important to schedule. Be sure to save this post to refer back to when you're ready, too!

Here's why scheduling a buyer's consult with me in so important:

1️⃣Preparation. My buyer's consults go over the entire process clearly and concisely that way you know what to plan for. From the 10 steps to sold, key players in the process, to helping prepare for some finances along the way, it's an entire guide to guide you from start to finish.
2️⃣Connection. I LOVE having these consults with my clients because it allows us to get to know each other, talk about their goals and timelines, and make sure it's a good fit. When you're making one of the biggest purchases of your life, you want to make sure the REALTOR® you are working with is on your side, understands you, and will fight for you.
3️⃣Planning. I help clients anywhere from 3-12 months out if they are looking to buy a home. During these calls, we talk about ideal timelines and go from there. I always say it's never too early to plan and going over a schedule on these calls is SO helpful to keep everyone on track.
4️⃣Referrals. If you've contacted me first and are still looking for a lender, I have my list of preferred lenders I've worked with and loved that I can refer you to.

Curious why our housing market in Arizona is complete bananas? Arizona ranked #3 in population growth behind Texas and Florida. Additionally, Maricopa county ranks on of the fastest growing counties in the entire United States. Home buying is more affordable than ever but having an experienced agent on your side who will fight for you in critical, especially with at the rate Arizona is experiencing population growth. I always remind my clients I work FOR them😊

With a lot of millennials working virtually, their living situations have become more flexible than ever. I was surprised by a few of these cities but for the most part, areas millennials are moving to make total sense.

Especially knowing that California saw their first decrease in population since I don't even know when! I know Arizona is seeing a lot of California transfers + same with Texas. Which makes for an ever crazier market.
