My purist boxing friends think it’s odd I like bare knuckle boxing cuz generally there are a lot of reckless brawlers, less craft & less technique. But for this sport, a reckless brawler IS a technique (with a lot of success, even). Plus this is the closest it gets to the real, orginal roots of boxing! The squared ring and boxing gloves are relatively new in the greater timeline of the sport of boxing. So if anything: this is the purest form of boxing available currently. Either way, there’s NEVER a boring fight.
