In 2008 a family member asked Andrea to help find an investment home in Arizona and begin a rental portfolio. Being unlicensed at the time Andrea accepted the challenge and did her best to teach herself the trade and find them the best home at the best price possible. Through much work and searching she acquired a property in a trustee sale auction at the courthouse steps. This sparked the beginning of her love for real estate investing. After these experiences, Andrea chose to get her real estate license so that she could be the professional and help people through the process of buying and selling real estate with the amount of devotion and integrity that clients deserve. She has also build a rental portfolio for herself and others. She absolutely loves the process and found her passion in working with people in real estate transactions.
