Everyone who has Crypto in their portfolio once said that they'd never invest in it (myself included).

For the longest time, I never believed in Crypto. I thought of it as a useless fad with no utility that would fizzle out over time. But like so many other Crypto critics, I WAS WRONG.

The truth is I hadn't done enough research to fully understand Crypto, yet I formed a strongly bearish opinion about it anyway. It wasn't until early 2022 that I began to reevaluate my own understanding of Crypto and put in the time to learn about it as an asset class.

I've been a fully convicted Crypto believer ever since and have slowly accumulated more throughout the last 2 years.

Did I liquidate my entire net worth and go all in on Crypto? No! I only put a plan in place to make Crypto a significant part of my personal portfolio while still maintaining diversification into stocks and index funds, and it's been paying off in a major way as Crypto continues to climb.

Don't just write off Crypto unless you fully understand it as an asset class. You don’t have to sleep on what could be a generational investing opportunity just because you haven't taken the time to truly learn about it. I used to be a hater, but I'm so glad l've changed my outlook since learning more.

If you’re getting ready to list your home, did you know staging can increase your home’s value by 1-5%? Here are some powerful staging tips to help you sell faster and maximize your sale price!

1. Declutter and Depersonalize
- Keep countertops, tables, and other surfaces free of clutter to make spaces appear larger and more inviting.
- Remove personal items–family photos, personal collections, and any overly unique decor should be stored away. The goal is to help buyers envision themselves living in the space.
2. Enhance Curb Appeal
- First impressions matter! Trim the lawn, clean the walkway, paint the front door if needed, etc. A tidy and welcoming exterior sets the tone for the rest of the house.
