When traditional financing wasn’t the right fit, the borrower came to us looking for a creative bridge loan solution and we were happy to recently fund this project!

We structured a $760,000 loan secured by a unique cash-flowing mixed-use commercial property featuring a convenience store, apartment, warehouse space, and historic grain silos.

With a conservative 50% loan-to-value, this transaction demonstrates how private lending can provide flexible capital with short timelines.

We expect this loan to be paid off within a few months and are grateful for the opportunity to help another borrower achieve their goals. If you need creative financing, we would love to help!

Another successful project completed in Duncanville.

We funded this $322,000 fix & flip loan back in September of last year, and the transformation was truly incredible. Completely redesigned interior. This project is a great example of what experienced operators can accomplish with the right ex*****on and vision.

Parallel was happy to fund this $434,000 fix and flip loan for a group of investors who own another property down the street from this home.

This home sits on 2.4 acres and is primed for development all around. The clients will clean this one up and plan to turn it into a rental.

We can’t wait to see this project get updated!

Another successful exit and completed flip and exit in San Antonio, TX!

This project was completed by client who has been helping finish up flips for his investors his whole life. This was his second project he finished for himself. Since he is a license general contractor, he was able to knock out all of the renovations quickly. We’re so proud of him for successfully exiting this one and grateful to have played a part in the process.

Parallel was happy to fund this $962,500 ground-up construction loan for an experienced developer in Fort Worth, TX.

This project will transform into a three-story residential mixed-use property with 10 beds, 10 baths, with 5,000 square feet. Located just two minutes from one of the partners, which will make this one especially exciting for our team to watch come to life.

This project was completed by a husband and wife team who were first-time borrowers with us. They did a great job bringing this fix and flip across the finish line. We are proud of them for successfully exiting this one and grateful to have played a part in the process.

It is always rewarding to help add one more affordable house to the marketplace right here in our own backyard.
