When traditional financing wasn’t the right fit, the borrower came to us looking for a creative bridge loan solution and we were happy to recently fund this project!
We structured a $760,000 loan secured by a unique cash-flowing mixed-use commercial property featuring a convenience store, apartment, warehouse space, and historic grain silos.
With a conservative 50% loan-to-value, this transaction demonstrates how private lending can provide flexible capital with short timelines.
