Parallel Fund I delivered an 11.96% annualized net return this month!

Parallel originated 3 projects while having 2 loans pay off. Capital continues to be deployed into short-duration, first-lien loans backed by Texas residential real estate, with consistent monthly cash distributions to investors.

Parallel was happy to provide a $168,300 fix & flip loan for this 1,427 sq/ft property. There’s plenty of room for a transformation here, and we’re excited to see what our borrower does with it.

We recently funded this $430,000 bridge loan for a repeat client in Dallas who needed additional time as his existing loan approached maturity.

We were able to cross-collateralize 2 properties on a 12-month bridge loan with a low LTV to help the client pay off the maturing debt while giving him the flexibility and breathing room to determine the best next step for the properties.

Parallel Lending was happy to be the financing partner on this recently funded $1.224M ground-up construction project in Dallas, TX!

The project will feature a 4,500 sq/ft main house, ADU, pool, and outdoor living space. We’re looking forward to seeing this one come to life from the ground up!

Parallel Lending recently funded a $99,000 bridge loan on this residential lot in Dallas for a real estate investor.

The property was part of a larger parcel that has already been subdivided and replatted, creating separate lots with their own addresses. We were happy to provide our borrower with a 12 month bridge loan, giving them the flexibility to hold the lot until they are ready to begin construction.

Another example of how short term financing can help developers move quickly and position their next project.
