Congrats to my buyer clients on their new home. This was QUITE a process. There was a plumbing problem found on inspection - which is why WE always recommend getting video pipe inspections. In order to make the repairs they had to dig holes under the slab - but when it rains the holes fill with rain - and we all know what is has been doing for the last month RAIN! But, both the seller and the buyer patiently waited out the weather and we got this deal done! My buyers have their FIRST HOUSE and that is all that matters in the long run.

Officially going into the weekend with keys in hand! This one was a long process, but our agent Rachel Rivera, Realtor® helped our buyers through all of the red tape, major plumbing repairs, and constant rain delays on construction. Congrats to all on a successful closing 🏡
