Just send your agent the address! We’ll schedule the showing, research the property, review disclosures (when available), and help you walk in with as much information as possible.

NOTE: Those “Schedule a Tour” buttons absolutely have a purpose. They’re a great resource for buyers who don’t already have an agent.

Why do Realtors post these every month?

It’s not just a number.

Q: Do I really need a 20% down payment to buy a home?

A: Nope! 🙌 This is one of the biggest myths that keeps people from becoming homeowners.

Depending on the loan program, you may qualify with as little as 0–5% down, and there may even be grants or down payment assistance available.

Every buyer’s situation is different, which is why talking to a lender before counting yourself out is so important.
