A friend gave me some fresh grown jalepenos, so what better to do than to stuff them with a cream cheese stuffing and wrap them in bacon and to put them on the smoker tomorrow for our Father’s Day Celebration with good friends at the swim club and spend the day relaxing!

We’ve seen many residents asking if the Parish plans to do something special to recognize Mitchell’s achievement, and the answer is that we would absolutely love to celebrate this historic accomplishment. Bringing an NBA Championship home to St. Bernard Parish is something our entire community can be proud of.

We will be reaching out to Mitchell and his representatives to discuss potential opportunities to honor him. As well as coordinating with our partners at the St. Bernard Parish School Board and the St. Bernard Parish Sheriff’s Office to ensure everything is properly planned and organized.

We appreciate the excitement and support from our community and look forward to exploring ways to recognize one of St. Bernard’s own for this incredible achievement. Congratulations again, Mitchell! 🏀🏆💙💛

Fix it up
Sell it
Buy 2 homes (one to live in and one to fix up)
Once fixed up one is done, rent it out

Now you have a property that’s making you money with tenants, a property that’s earning equity with every payment, 2 assets as collateral to loan against

I made the mistake of selling but here’s what I want you to do instead

Refinance or take out a HELOC against your home(s) and get another property to fix up. Then flip it immediately.

Now you can buy your dream home, rent out the others and have them pay for your mortgage.

You’ll have 3 properties, all mortgages being paid for by other people, you just earn equity on the back end.

Repeat this process and now you’re playing monopoly in real life 🙏🏽
