Inspected this flip house for a buyer March 3rd.
At the time of the inspection, I found the entire roof to show exposed seal tabs, crooked shingle installation, delamination, cracked/damaged/torn/recycled shingles, and much more.

I informed my client (buyer) that this roof was not professionally installed and requires a full reinstallation.

The photo you see below happened today.

P.S. The buyer was done right by this deal and it all worked out!

Imagine... Some buyers will decide against a video pipe inspection to save money when buying a house.

Let me just say, I think the inspection price is probably a little less than this severed main sewer line directly under a home.
