XLV Realty LLC, a licensed real estate brokerage located in Metairie, Louisiana, is seeking full-time or part-time Louisiana-licensed Real Estate Agents to join our team.
This position is for individuals who already hold an active Louisiana Real Estate License.

As an independent contractor affiliated with our brokerage, you will assist clients with purchasing, selling, or leasing real property in accordance with Louisiana law. Responsibilities may include:

Educating and guiding clients through each step of their real estate transaction

Conducting property showings

Preparing and presenting offers and related documents

Maintaining familiarity with local market conditions and industry practices

Providing professional service in compliance with LREC and NAR standards

Managing client relationships and performing duties consistent with the scope of a licensed real estate agent

Qualifications

Active Louisiana Real Estate License in good standing

Knowledge of real estate practices, contracts, and property concepts

Strong communication, negotiation, and client-service skills

Ability to manage time effectively and work independently

Familiarity with local market trends

Commitment to ethical conduct consistent with LREC regulations and the NAR Code of Ethics
