A strong-credit STNL (Single Tenant Net Lease) investment just traded on Veterans Blvd. SRSA Commercial Real Estate and Faris Lee Investments jointly represented the seller in the sale of AutoZone in Metairie, LA, closing at $4.55 million.

Kirsten Early brought firsthand knowledge to the deal. She previously handled the lease for this location before partnering with Faris Lee to bring it to market for sale. Kirsten of SRSA and Jeff Conover, Scott DeYoung, and Greg Lukosky of Faris Lee represented the seller.

The corner of Poydras and Loyola just traded, and the tenant mix and the story behind it are both worth talking about.

Steve Reisig and Christopher Robertson Jr. of SRSA Real Estate represented the seller in the closing of the ground-floor retail condominium at 1200 Poydras Street, completing our team's full disposition of the building having previously sold the Dave & Buster's condominium and the parking garage.

The tenant mix: Chick-fil-A Poydras St., the only location of the brand in the New Orleans CBD, Hurts Donut - New Orleans, and Juicy Seafood, which is debuting a brand-new sushi concept at this location.
