If your roof is 10+ years old, you live in one of these coastal parishes and you still don’t register for the LA Fortify Homes Program, I have to assume one of two things:
A) you don’t know about the program
2) you’re the type of person who complains about everyone else’s luck but never does anything to position yourself for that same luck

Here’s a recap of the incentives:
- $10,000 grant toward a FORTIFIED roof
- State income tax credit up to $10,000 (Act 404) that rolls forward up to 3 years
- Lower insurance premiums once your home is designated

Register at fortifyhomes.la.gov before Friday.
