Meet Wendy Edler Benedetto of Mirambell Realty, a candidate for the NOMAR Board.
Wendy has been a dedicated REALTOR® since 1998, bringing nearly three decades of real estate experience, leadership, and community service to the profession. She spent 26 years with Latter & Blum, where she built a successful career and consistently ranked among the top-producing agents in her office. In 2021, she founded the Benedetto Power Team, allowing her to mentor fellow REALTORS® while continuing to serve buyers and sellers throughout the New Orleans metropolitan area and River Parishes.
Wendy completed the Louisiana REALTORS® Leadership Program in 2019. Her leadership experience also includes eight years as a St. Charles Parish Council Member and five years as a Council Member-at-Large. Her public service strengthened her ability to listen, collaborate, manage budgets, understand policy, and represent a diverse community.
She currently serves on the River Region Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and as President of the Board of Directors for A Safe Place of St. Charles. She has also served civic, school, recreation, and nonprofit organizations, including United Way, the Destrehan Booster Club, and St. Charles Parish Recreation.
Wendy is committed to listening to NOMAR members, representing their needs, and using her experience to strengthen the association and advance the profession.
