The Ryan-Molaison Team Real Estate company helping clients buy, sell, rent, or invest in real estate! George and Patrick both grew up in the Greater New Orleans area.

George attended St. Martin's Episcopal High School, while Patrick attended Brother Martin High School. Both George and Patrick graduated in 2007. After high school, George received a BA in English, and a minor in Psychology, from Spring Hill College in Mobile, AL. Shawn received a BS in Biology from Tulane University in New Orleans, LA. Shortly after graduation in 2011, both George and Patrick bec

ome licensed Realtors in the state of Louisiana. George and Patrick signed on with Keller Williams Realty 455-0100 in Metairie, LA. Where they began working together with both buyers and sellers. After two years with Keller Williams Realty, Patrick and George transferred to Mirambell Realty, where they formed The Ryan-Molaison Team. Since beginning their career's as Realtors in March of 2012, George and Patrick have completed a number of sales from Kenner to Chalmette, the West Bank to Northshore, and everything in between. George and Shawn have a vast knowledge of the constantly changing market in, and around New Orleans, LA.
