In my nearly 10 years of being a Realtor, this experience has been one of the most challenging yet rewarding experiences that I’ve ever had.

This deal was one for the record books!!

It took 8 months from start to finish to close…..

I was able to successfully negotiate repairs and concessions as a dual agent and successfully protected both parties interests in the process…..

Most importantly, both sets of clients have become family!!

We even prayed together at the closing!!

I’m so thankful for their trust in me to navigate them through such a challenging process!!
