CLUBHOUSE RENTAL AVAILABLE
As a reminder, the Clubhouse is available for rental for your functions! Why cram everyone into your apartment (and possibly disturb your neighbors) when you can come down here and have a great time! Birthdays, Showers, Family Dinners, Graduations....

Prices are as follows:
Monday-Friday until 10:00 pm $100
Saturday until 10:00 pm $150
Sunday until 10:00 pm $100

Maximum of 50 people. All clean up must be completed by 10:00 pm. If you go over the time limit, an additional $100 will be charged. All rental fees must be paid in full by the event date and must be paid by Money Order only. There is a $100 deposit required to reserve the Clubhouse and must be given 30 days prior to the rental. The deposit will be non-refundable if the reservation is cancelled within 30 days.

To everyone wondering about the status of the fitness center, it still remains closed for renovations. The new flooring is in and the new equipment will be reinstalled on Thursday and Friday. Make sure to come check it out this weekend!!

type in Independence as the property... then go and find your apartment number and then building number. It's painless!

This keeps your packages safe and allows you access to it 24/7!

Big changes under way this week!! Clubhouse upgrades have begun and the new washers and dryers will be here as well! Sadly, I think we are due to receive more snow, however, like all the other storms, we are fully prepared to tackle whatever comes our way!
