So I’m asking.

I want the self-employed borrower.
I want the 1099 borrower.
I want the business owner whose income doesn’t fit neatly inside a W-2 box.

I want the file someone else looked at and said was “too complicated.”

Does that mean I’m only helping self employed borrowers now? Absolutely not.

It means I’m being intentional about what I want to become known for.

So here’s my ask:

Think of one self-employed or 1099 person you know who wants to buy a home but isn’t sure how their income will be looked at.
