The Jersey Market update:
1. The inventory is still very low and home loan interest rates are very low. (A plus for sellers and a plus for buyers).

2. Homes are selling quickly, with multiple bids.

3. Buyers still need to visit the properties and get a seller’s disclosure (when available) for any property on which they want to make an offer.

4. NOW is the time for sellers to sell so that their house gets the most attention, due to low inventory.

5. NJ buyer hotspots due to convenience (shopping and direct train to NYC): Chatham, Summit, Millburn, Montclair, Glen Ridge, Bloomfield, South Orange, Maplewood, Princeton, Westfield/Cranford, Hoboken, Jersey City and Rutherford/Secaucus/Clifton.

6. NJ buyer hotspots due to space, loads of greenery, open land, seclusion, small town center and FEWER people: Hillsborough, Clinton, Montgomery.
