34 Henderson Road, Kendall Park, section of South Brunswick. A Mid Century Modern original build. Architect, Don Gatarz, built this gem of a home in 1963 and raised his family here. It was an honor to represent the seller and I had the privilege of representing the buyer as well.
Here is the stuff no one tells you: My voicemail kept filling up over the popularity of this home. Every time I cleared it, it would fill up again. I was receiving calls on this property up until an hour before closing. A couple obsessed with Mid Century drove two hours for the open house. A buyer flew in from California, just to see the inside of this home. Ultimately, the right buyer was chosen, by the sellers, and now the legacy continues with new memories. Pool parties, lower level recreation room parties, cabana bathing suit changes, double detached garage storage. This home has a personality and it really was my pleasure representing this sale.
