Over the years, my friends and colleagues have called me by my nickname the "MotherHustler" and it's a name I carry with pride. It's on my laptop, my office door, my car, and yet I realize for those NOT in my world yet- you may ask "what does that mean?"

So here is my clear, clean and VERY accurate way to describe the way I run my business:

A Metuchen Beginning & End:
Back in October, I had the absolute pleasure of meeting Lucas & Tierney. We met for bubble tea downtown and made our plan together on how to find their first home. Their goal: Metuchen. They are getting married this fall and are at the start of their Metuchen story. As you can imagine, we’ve been outbid. We’ve seen some great houses and others that weren’t great fits but they always kept their goals in mind.

On the other hand, I had clients who are long time residents here in Metuchen who through life changes were given an opportunity to move into another great potential, but outdated house. They are on their way to being empty nesters and can see the vision of what the next house COULD be and how it will set them up for eventual retirement plans down the line. They need flexibility, time and ease.

Two families. Two problems to solve. And two hours of me sitting down at their dining room table to craft a private deal that benefitted all involved.

No signs. No flashy ads. Not one second of advertising and even a cartoon version of the home they closed on last week here on my post. My sellers will live in the home for nearly 2 months post closing to move a lifetime of things and memories. My buyers will use this time to daydream and plan.
