I’m a Real Estate agent with Keller Williams Elite, Realtors, I am very passionate about what I do, it is extremely rewarding to see my sellers and buyers achieve their objectives whether it is assisting them with the sale or purchasing of their home. I have been a Real Estate agent and Investor for many years and my experience and skills that come with that gives a great advantage to my clients i

n many areas such as Market analysis, Home Evaluations, Property Conditions, Repairs, Returns on Repairs, Staging and improving the curb appeal and home interiors. I believe in providing the same service to my clients, that I would expect for myself, my family, or friends, I also believe in paying it forward, so from every commission I earn, I donate a percentage to these amazing charitable organizations, St Jude Children's Hospital, The Smile Train, Feed the Children, ASPCA and Wounded Warriors. I believe this is a country of opportunity and contribute by doing my part in working, respecting, and helping others. 💡 What does that mean?
🔹 Lower monthly payments—at first
🔹 No reduction in the loan principal during the interest-only period
🔹 Payments increase after the interest-only term ends

Best for: Short-term ownership, investment properties, or buyers who expect higher income in the future.
