This past week has been a whirlwind…2 closings, 3 new contracts, negotiated repairs for 2 inspections, 2 new listings (1 went under contract before it hit the market) and the showing today went great and sent the buyers to a lender to get pre-approved so they can make an offer….
soooo if you think it isn’t the time to buy or sell rethink that!! Yes interest rates have gone up but we are working with several lenders that are thinking outside the box to help lower those rates, even going as far as offering free refinance in the 1 st year in anticipation in rates coming down.
