For nearly 17 years in Miami, working side-by-side as a family, we’ve had one single mission: We don’t just sell homes or cars; we help people build entire new lives here.
From real estate to education, from business setup to visa consulting, we have always offered our clients exactly what we would want for our own family. Today, we are shifting gears and leveling up! 🏎️💨
We are incredibly proud to share that we are deep in the design and planning phase of the Xuma Motors Showroom—the future heart of our Car Rental (Turo), Dealership, and E2 Investor Visa fleets!
This isn’t just a building; it’s a reflection of our vision:
✅ Ground-Up Construction: We are building a modern facility from scratch in the Miami area, from the land up, completely to our own design specifications.
✅ Powerhouse Team: We are bringing this to life with the partners we have trusted for years—architects, civil engineers, structural experts, and General Contractors with over 40+ years of combined experience.
✅ Official Process: We are currently in talks with the City, finalizing zoning and building criteria to ensure everything is perfect.

Progress update on a project that’s been a long time in the making.

We’re working toward developing a dedicated luxury showroom for Xuma Motors in Miami Gardens a space designed to bring vehicle sales, rentals, and client experience under one roof.

As with any ground-up development, the process is iterative. After multiple meetings with the City and ongoing dialogue around design and site planning, our team is refining the plans and preparing the next submission.

We’re encouraged by the direction, grateful for the collaboration, and focused on delivering a project that aligns with both our vision and the City’s standards.

Looking forward to advancing into site plan approval and, soon after, the permitting and construction phases.

Appreciation to the architects, consultants, and everyone involved momentum continues.
