The Perigon’s construction continues to advance at an impressive pace — now rising one floor per week and currently at the 16th floor. Top-off remains on schedule for next month.

Construction continues at a remarkable pace, with the 12th floor expected to be fully completed by the end of this week and the first concrete pour on the 14th floor slated for early next week. The entire structure remains on schedule to top off by February 2026, moving the project’s overall vision ever closer to realization.
