It fell out of contract twice. So it was the third contract and four offers in..

During Title search, we found a City lien on the property that had been lost in the shuffle and was at nearly $300,000.

To get the job done, I had to go to court proceedings, meet with city officials, city attorney, Mayor’s office.
My gratitude goes to the City Of Miami Beach -without your graciousness. We would not have a deal and done today. Thank you

I was not going to lose the third contract. I went above and beyond as I always do..

Hopefully some of you out there are going to stop giving your deals to the same 10 Brokers!! — and you’re gonna give a shot to those that will be hyper focused on your transaction.
