A special one, my own investment, and a full circle moment ♥️
I arrived alone from The Netherlands in Miami in ’10, started off on the couch of a girl that I just met, right across from E11even, and eventually lived there for a little while. I remember, how completely different it was back then! There was nothing besides Space and Goldrush (now club E11even).
Now, 15+ years later, I got a place at E11even Hotel & Residences, looking out on the place where it all started.🫶
E11even was the fastest new development sellout in Miami history. I got lucky I was able to lock one in last minute, and a few years later I finally got the keys.😁🔑 Excited to be part of the E11even vision, and the transformation of Downtown Miami.🚀
Although I’ve been selling new developments for years, it was interesting to experience both sides of the deal this time, as the broker and buyer/investor.
