Phil's key approach and direction over the project, which included strategic planning, financial management, training, quality control and negotiation, resulted in the sale of over 1,800 units in 18 months with an astounding $1.275 billion in revenue, an achievement that has yet to be surpassed. In addition to his achievements at The Cosmopolitan Resort & Casino, Phil has been an integral team member of some of the country's most notable high-end condominium and condo-hotel properties including the world renown Canyon Ranch, Miami Beach; 1 Hotel and Homes with Richard Lefrak; Monad Terrace with JDS; Ritz Carlton Residences; and The Bristol Palm Beach. As a licensed real estate broker in three key markets: New York, Nevada and Florida, Phil's education, experience and expansive network of clients and colleagues provides him with an arsenal of unique abilities to represent the most discerning clientele.
