Brickell’s next landmark is beginning to look like itself.

The Residences at 1428 Brickell has reached Level 25, bringing Arquitectonica’s sculptural design into view along Brickell Avenue.

Developed by Ytech, the 70-story tower will include 195 residences and nearly 500 photovoltaic-integrated windows. Together, they will form a 20,000-square-foot Solar Backbone designed to generate up to 175,000 kWh of clean energy annually.

The project has also secured $565 million in construction financing from J.P. Morgan and Sculptor Real Estate.

What stands out is not the height alone. It is the alignment of distinct architecture, meaningful engineering, institutional capital and visible construction progress.
