Phase 2)- Once identified the potential targets, our purchase team gets into action, obtaining the best deals by offering cash closings, often in 24 hours
Phase 3)- Once acquired, the property is refurbished to the necessary le

vel dictated by the analysis of the comps, and re-positioned for sale in the shortest possible time
Phase 4)-Once the properties is sold, the net proceeds are re-invested and the cycle starts again
