April just started… and I’ve already learned so much.

One of the small changes I made recently was paying more attention to what I wear every day — especially fabrics that sit on your skin all day long.

I found really inexpensive organic cotton pieces from Quince and honestly… I was hesitant at first.
I thought the quality would feel cheap because the price was so low.

But I ordered about 15 pieces…
and I was actually really surprised.

Simple organic cotton sweaters
Comfortable everyday pieces
Things I can wear at home, traveling, or even to the office

Small changes like this are what I’m focusing on right now — being more intentional with what I bring into my daily routine.🤍

April is just getting started and I’m really excited to share everything I learn along the way.

The market is performing very well. Strong buyers, strong sellers, and major activity in multi-family properties and second homes.

But lately? We’re seeing unexpected delays…
Probate issues, payment complications, and external factors slowing closings — things completely outside of anyone’s control.

A strong market doesn’t always mean an easy closing.
This is where experience matters most.
