Doesn't look like much of a slow down yet but maybe soon with restrictions being lifted. Would you buy a home or spend your money traveling and dining out now that restrictions are being lifted?

May survey: In Cape Coral, 75% of sellers had a bidding war, as did over 50% of sellers in other big Fla. metros. Only Jacksonville, at 34%, had more non-bidding sales.

THE SPIRAL!
And an elegant solution to a code requirement...

VERTICAL CLEARANCE.
(Can’t help but to put my Architect hat on, but here goes):
Vertical clearance is required under any protruding object such as portions of stairs. A minimum of 80” must be maintained. Any portion of the stair that is below that height must have a 27” High (maximum) guardrail or other barrier so that a person with a cane or other object can detect it. Many in the industry refer to this code as the ‘cane detection’ requirement...
To comply with this code, a solid base was created that extends the organic shape of the spiraling stair downward to the first floor level..finished with a terrazzo top matching the floor and a creamy white vertical stucco face. Enjoy!
