Wow, another blessing, I was able to close on this property with one of my dear friends from my childhood, we’ve known each other since we were 10 years old.
Since little we had so much in common, playing all type of games Super Nintendo , Contra, superC, Mega Man to playing the ultimate fighting game called street fighter ll. Awe grew up we were more competitive and we started playing baseball and basketball until we reach college.

Irving decided to make his dream come true so moved to Miami Florid to finish his career and met his beloved wife. He has worked tirelessly year after year to provide for his family and make his dream possible.

Few years ago Irving had a plan “to surprised his wife with the ultimate gift by buying her a house”.
He knew he needed a professional to guide him and help him thru the process. So reach out to me thru Instagram.
After 32 year we finally reunited again and shared so many stories and laugh so much. Something special happened behind the scenes.

As Irving stared to work diligently to fix and take care of everything we needed to get him approved and make this dream posible. God was working in the unknown, his plan was for Irving to believe and to keep persevering. One thing we all should know is God is never late and his always on time.
Finally the day has come to share and reveal to everyone God’s blessing. What better day to be able to present to his wife on their anniversary with this beautiful house we just closed.
