🏙✨BRICKELL’S RIVERSIDE IS NOW OFFICIALLY OPEN WITH SEVEN DINING OUTLETS & AN ‘OLD FLORIDA VIBE’ .

Riverside, a waterfront dining and entertainment venue, is now officially open in Brickell.

The venue is opening in phases, with a soft opening this month. Through the month of February, it will open on Fridays starting at 4PM and the weekends at 12PM.

Eventually, Riverside will have seven dining concepts, a tap room, multiple bars, outdoor activities and green space. In total, there will be 120,000 square feet of space on the Miami River.

The seven dining concepts are:

✨AWA Asian Cuisine, an Izakaya style restaurant led by Chef Gonzalo Arganaras and Patio Rivera
✨A second full service restaurant with Mediterranean cuisine by Chef John Iatrellis
✨Cage, a more casual concept from the team behind Le Chick
✨Lisboeta, a Portuguese seafood joint by the Miami restaurant Old Lisbon

NEW RENDERINGS OF SKY POOL & ATRIUM PLANNED AT 50-STORY LEGACY HOTEL & RESIDENCES MIAMI WORLDCENTER; CONSTRUCTION TO BEGIN LATE SUMMER 2020

Two new renderings have been released by the developer of the 50-story Legacy Hotel & Residences at Miami Worldcenter that show what the top of the tower will look like upon completion

The first rendering shows a sky pool that will hang off the edge of the tower’s 45th floor, with views of downtown Miami from 500 feet in the air. The developer calls the pool “Singapore style,” referring to the pool Marina Bay Sands there.

There will also be another pool on a larger 1-acre deck area on the ninth floor.

A second rendering shows a seven-story air-conditioned glass atrium at the top of the tower, with indoor palm trees, a restaurant, lounge, and a bar. It will be the largest rooftop atrium for a hotel-condo in the U.S.

(An earlier image of an atrium used in marketing material for the project was actually a photo of another tower in London).

Legacy will include 278 condo-hotel units and 256 hotel rooms.

The developer of the project has also announced a new timeline for construction, according to the Herald: Groundbreaking is scheduled for late summer of 2020, with completion in fall of 2023. @ Miami Worldcenter
