Just helped my first time home buyer clients close on this gem! This transaction was different and longer than usual as it was a Probate Sale. But not only did I get it done… I got my buyers a $9k credit plus an additional $15k towards their down payment and closing costs. They barely had to come out of pocket at all for this transaction. So happy I could help them buy their first home! 😝🥳
