A native of Miami, Juan-Carlos Fernandez better known as JC was born and raised in his beloved Palm Springs North, a sought-after, family-oriented neighborhood just north of Miami Lakes. Subsequently, he went on to pursue his love for teaching at a small private college in Miami. In the interim, he was introduced to the real estate industry where he soon realized that he could join his business kn
owledge and love for teaching to educate clients on the intricacies of buying and selling real estate. Licensed since May 2000, he has accomplished many milestones, including Multi-Million Dollar Producer for 15 consecutive years. In 2001 JC opened and ran a very successful mortgage company while continuing to focus his efforts on Real Estate sales. In 2017 and 2018 he participated in the Miami Herald Bendixen/Amandi Real Estate Report, where they ask only 100 from over 52,000 Realtors in Miami Dade County to opine on the health of the market in Miami. He is the former Chair of the Neighborhood Improvement Committee and presently serves on the Planning and Zoning Board for the Town of Miami Lakes. His honesty, integrity, experience, knowledge, and hard work are what makes him stand out as one of the best Greater Miami Realtors. During his off time, J.C. enjoys spending time with his family, volunteering with youth, playing soccer, or simply smoking his favorite cigar, a 1964 Padron.
