The City is hosting the Citizen Summit and I need y’all to know this is NOT a “sit in a folding chair and suffer” event 😂

It’s a fun drop-in experience with interactive activities for all ages, plus giveaways + refreshments and games/activities for kids.

You can also:

✅ talk one-on-one with staff
✅ hear what’s happening across PSL
✅ and see how resident input has shaped current + planned projects

✨ Monday Milestones ✨
This one’s a late post, but a major milestone for me!

Back in February, I closed my very first deal representing both the seller and the buyer and it happened right here in Homestead! 🏡

This was a bittersweet deal… my sellers are like family to me, and while it was hard to say goodbye, I’m so proud we got it done quickly so they could move forward and start their next adventure.💜

And for my first-time home buyers. This is an amazing WIN! We closed fast, and now they have the chance to give this home their special touches to make it their own.

Sometimes, the best way to grow is to plant your roots somewhere new 🌱

🏁 We Made It to the Finish Line! 🏡

My amazing sellers just closed on their beautiful townhome in Davie! From hosting weekend open houses to handing over the keys to the new homeowners — this entire journey has been such a treat.

Now they’re on to bigger and better things, and I couldn't be more proud of them. I'm so grateful they trusted me to guide them through the process of selling their home.

This experience was not only rewarding, but also an incredible opportunity for me to grow and learn even more as an agent.

And guess what? In just a few days, they’ll be closing on their new dream home!
