In case you haven't heard about the Real Estate market lately, here is a short video for some perspective.
This video primarily focuses on Miami Shores and the trends in this community. The irony, is that markets Nationwide resemble what is happening in Miami Shores right now; Low Inventory, high closing sales.
Right now Homeowners can sell there home well above asking price. The reason for this is the same reason why water is very expensive during a hurricane, Low Inventory. The market is dry, leaving less competition for the homeowners that do decide to sell. These homeowners are pretty much very expensive water bottles😉.
