Elaine! the word proud isn’t nearly strong enough to describe how I feel about everything you’ve accomplished over the past four years. You came to my brokerage brand new, with no sales background, and you’ve built the kind of production many agents spend their entire careers chasing.
It’s not effortless—because I know how hard you work—but people genuinely gravitate toward you, and that’s where your business comes from (even if those people sometimes turn out a little crazy 😄). All kidding aside, I’ve watched you learn, adapt, and grow on every single deal, often through situations that would have caused most agents to quit entirely.
