Greetings Moonrock PM Family!! Great news. We have recently added new features to the app. The new features are:
1. Vendor section
2. Digital Leasing
3. Looking for Funding

Vendors
We are now allowing vendors to sign up and be a part of the Moonrock PM Family!! They can sign up as a vendor and grow their business!! So if you do yard work, plumbing, electrical, etc., join Moonrock and grow with us! This also helps the landlord by finding vendors in their area where their properties are. It’s the best of both worlds!

Digital Leasing
We now offer digital leasing!! We have leasing in all 50 states. Easy to use and super quick! For new users, the leasing will automatically be filled out during the sign-up process. Existing users will see the leasing agreement. All users will have to go on the tenant page where they can sign and download the leasing agreement.

Looking for Funding
We have partnered with a lending company to help landlords purchase their next property. We now have 500+ lenders across the United States that can help with funding to purchase your next property.

Existing users will have to redownload the app manually from the App Store and Google Play for the new features.

New users will automatically have the latest version of the app once they download it from the App Store and Google Play.
