The story of this family buying their dream home🥹🙏
Jose has been my grandma’s driver for years. When she told me he dreamed of buying a home, I knew I had to help!
He’s one of the hardest working people I know, and his dream was always bigger than himself. He wanted a home for his family, something he could one day leave to his grandkids but he never thought he’d qualify. So he never applied. He kept saying he’d wait “until times get better.”
When we sat down and I showed him what was actually possible with the right guidance and builder incentives, he was shocked. He had no idea he’d been this close all along.
So he made the move,
Today Jose and his family are first-time homeowners in a brand new home. He told me it’s the best thing he’s ever accomplished for his family and his grandchildren’s future. I’m not crying, you’re crying 😭
