This year started slower than I expected, but these closings reminded me that real estate rarely happens overnight. Some of these buyers worked with me for months — even close to two years — preparing, watching the market, learning, and waiting for the moment when preparation met opportunity.
From relocating buyers, to first-time buyers, to second homes and new construction, every journey looked different. One buyer had a deal fall through before finally making it to closing. Another spent time comparing resale vs. new construction before deciding what made the most sense for their goals.
That’s what buyer representation means to me: educating, preparing, strategizing, negotiating, and helping buyers make informed decisions.
