Hace unos días expliqué en una de mis publicaciones que cuando se hacen títulos de propiedades que tienen varios copropietarios existen varias formas de hacerlo.

En esta segunda oportunidad explicaremos la siguiente:

Joint tenants with full rights of survivorship

Se refiere a la tenencia conjunta en el caso de fallecimiento de un copropietario, allí el interés en los bienes inmuebles pasará automáticamente a los copropietarios sobrevivientes por ley operativa.

Entre el 5 y 8 de enero la séptima edición anual del festival de Jazz South Beach presenta artistas de jazz latino, contemporáneo y tradicional de clase mundial.

Las presentaciones son en el Faena Theater, The Bass, Lincoln Road y el Miami Beach Bandshell.

Los asistentes podrán escuchar artistas de la talla de la Orquesta Palladium con Tito Rodríguez Jr., Machito Jr. y Tito Puente Jr.

Buena música para dar la mejor energía en este comienzo de año.

From January 5-8, the seventh annual South Beach Jazz Festival presents world-class Latin, contemporary and traditional jazz artists.

Muchos buscan un lugar diferente para recibir el año, es por eso que varios sitios de Miami ofrecen sus espacios para celebrar la Nochevieja.

Les tengo dos recomendaciones, si es que aún no sabes qué hacer este 31 de diciembre, estas son:

The Biltmore Hotel Miami: este lugar de Coral Gables ofrece una barra libre premium y fuegos artificiales en el campo de golf.

ERRORES A EVITAR EN EL CIERRE

El momento del cierre de una transacción inmobiliaria genera mucho estrés, lo cual puede llevar a los involucrados a cometer errores.

Con la asesoría adecuada dichos errores se pueden evitar, así que por favor estar atentos con los siguientes puntos:

🔸Verifica que tu identificación no esté expirada, de ser así no podrás firmar.
🔸La aprobación de la asociación debe llevar todos los nombres que estarán en las escrituras de la propiedad.
🔸Al tener un financiamiento como vivienda principal debe asistir el cónyuge para que ambos firmen.

Junto a los asesores inmobiliarios los ayudamos a evitar estos y otros inconvenientes que se puedan presentar.

Diciembre es un mes muy movido en actividades culturales y por eso quiero ir contando mis recomendaciones.

Desde el pasado primero de diciembre hasta el domingo 18, se estará presentando la obra “Lo que la Constitución significa para mí'', de Heidi Schreck y dirigida por Margaret M. Ledford.

La muestra que podrás disfrutar en Carnival Studio Theater da nueva vida a nuestra Constitución e imagina cómo formará a la próxima generación de estadounidenses.

Un dato interesante es que después de cada función del viernes, el público está invitado a un debate de 30 minutos sobre los temas explorados en la obra.

Es una temática interesante plasmada de manera excepcional.

From December 1st through Sunday, December 18th, the play "What the Constitution Means to Me'', by Heidi Schreck and directed by Margaret M. Ledford, will be presented.
