Super happy for my clients. The future anesthesiologist and her family will have a home to stay in during her residency and she won’t be dishing out the high miami rent prices😨, they’ll be paying almost 30% less with a mortgage, SUPER steal😬. I found a beautiful spacious 2/2, assisted them with finding financing and negotiated a fair deal🤑. It took time but they were patient and trusted my guidance. Mind you they do not live in Miami. This deal was closed virtually🖥
