Ottawa County Abstract & Title Company OCAT specializes in abstracting, title reports, title insurance and closings. OCAT was started in 1980 by James O. James O. in 1980.

Graham and is now owned by Beverly Jones and Laura Dishman. Beverly and Laura purchased OCAT from Jim and Sharon Graham in October, 2019. Graham began indexing the records of Ottawa County and building Ottawa County Abstract & Title Co. The abstract plant was built in 6 months and Ottawa County Abstract & Title Co. acquired a Certificate of Authority in July 1980. Beverly Jones and Laura Dishman purchased Ottawa County Abstract & Title Co. in October, 2019 from Him and Sharon Graham. Beverly, Laura and their staff are continually striving to deliver the same quality customer service that the Graham's provided year after year. Ottawa County Abstract & Title Co. specializes in abstracting, title reports, title insurance and closings. is an agent for Fidelity National Title Association. is also a proud member of the American Land Title Association and the Oklahoma Land Title Association. Our dedication to quality service, knowledge and leadership helps to build lasting relationships for many years to come.
