Like so many others, I have watched the heartbreaking images coming out of Venezuela and felt compelled to do something.
Families have lost loved ones, homes, cherished memories, and their sense of security. As a Realtor, my career is centered around helping people find a place to call home, and seeing so many families lose theirs has deeply impacted me.
While I may not be able to rebuild entire communities, I hope I can make a meaningful difference for a few families and contribute to the recovery efforts.
For the month of July, I am committing to donate 50% of my net commission from every qualifying real estate transaction to support Venezuelan earthquake relief efforts.

β’ Limited to the first 10 qualifying CLIENTS or $10,000 donation whichever comes first
β’ Donation amount equals 50% of Realtor's net commission after brokerage splits, transaction coordination fees, and other direct transaction-related expenses.
β’ Applicable to qualifying residential purchase, sale, and rental transactions only.
β’ Donation will be made to an approved Venezuelan relief organization within 30 days of closing or lease commencement.
