Morning Routine ๐
๐ฑ Iโve noticed that lately I had been starting the day by grabbing my phone and immersing myself in emails, social media and to-do lists.
However, I began noticing a lingering sense of restlessness
So, I decided to intentionally replace phone-scrolling with silence and prayer each morning followed by a quick 15 minute work out
The results have been astonishing!
- In just 5-10 minutes of silence and prayer followed by a 15 minute workout, I re-found that peace, clarity and energy that had been missing all year.
๐ A small change, opting out of the phone, made a monumental impact on my physical mental and well-being.
