Final Walk Through 🔎 Is Important it’s actually a bit of a grey area, although you would like to take the sellers word that everything will be out 💭 it’s highly recommended that you back out to the property and check before you sign. 📝

In fact you should probably video the property during the inspection so that you know what was there at that time and have some sort of reference. 🤯

Ultimately an unsatisfactory final walk through could push the closing out unless the buyer and seller come to some sort of agreement.

Although 90% Of The Home Searches Do Start Online & It be an excellent resource it’s definitely not the tell all!

Searching your “home” is not something you should leave up to chance! Everything from booking Multiple Home Tours 🏡, to Obtaining Sellers Disclosures, To Knowing what’s the status of the home is important to be the most efficient of your time and expectations 😢

I don’t know about you but ⛽️ has gotten expensive! & driving around neighborhoods simply going from Open House to Open House is probably not the best use of your time.

Your agent should be able to provide you with access to their own inventory & possibly in front of properties before they hit the market.
