Who doesn't love a flavored butter? A flavored butter has the ability to make the meal extra!

Perfect for fresh baked bread and the holidays, flavored butter is a cinch to make.
To create a flavored butter, use room temperature butter. Mix with ingredients (see below) in a bowl with a rubber spatula. Once thoroughly mixed, scrape the butter onto a piece of parchment paper. Roll it up into a log, then twist the ends of the parchment paper to form it. Place in the fridge for at least two hours before using it.

Flavored butter inspo includes:
• Honey and a dash of vanilla extract.
• Garlic and the herbs of your choice, rosemary, thyme and / or parsley.
• Lemon and dried chives.
• Maple syrup and cinnamon.

When selling your home in a buyers' market, remember to make your home look as attractive as possible. Step up your curb appeal outside. Perhaps even pressure wash the home to brighten it up. Inside ensure the home is clutter free and immaculately deep cleaned. Make any repairs that could pop up in inspection, ahead of listing the home.
