At DASH, we don’t talk about this enough…

Our work isn’t just about housing — it’s about HOPE.

Every year, young people “age out” of foster care or make mistakes along the journey to adulthood, and in those tough months when their support ends, many are left with nowhere to turn.

That’s why we’ve stepped in. We’ve invested thousands of dollars into waiving rent and fees, making sure young people have a roof over their head when they’re at their lowest point. Because no one should have to choose between survival and success.

Let’s celebrate this young man today! From struggling to stay afloat, he’s now back in his qualified state program, fully supported, and on his way to success.

This is what second chances look like. This is what community impact feels like.

Are you passionate about making a real impact in the lives of young adults? Join our SMART DREAMS team at DASH Foundation as a SMART DREAMS Coach and help guide young people in their journey toward confidence, self-sufficiency, financial security while pursuing their dreams.

About the Role:
As a SMART DREAMS Coach, you’ll work directly with Dreamers (youth transitioning out of foster care, homeless, and/or DJJ) to provide personalized coaching, support, and guidance. You’ll help them set and achieve SMART goals, build resilience, and empower them to overcome challenges they may face on their path to success.

Responsibilities:
• Provide one-on-one coaching to Dreamers, helping them achieve personal and professional goals.

Qualifications:
• Experience in coaching, mentorship, or social services.
• Passion for working with young adults, especially those from at-risk backgrounds.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to motivate and empower others.

Our goal is to transform our homes into cleaner, modern luxury designs while also establishing partnerships with current owners of these types of properties. Properties #25 & #26 out of the 100 Home DASH mission we have for Florida opened up in Miami-Dade county this weekend.

In partnership with DASH Foundation, Inc. & Citrus Family Care Network, we will house 5 more young adults and create 1 more lifestyle opportunity for a new SMART DREAMS Coach to come on board and serve young adults in Miami-Dade county.

We need your help completing the interior designing and furnishing of these homes. Our already acquired beds for all of the young men but now need to support them with furniture, kitchen, and lawn care items.
