At the heart of the tower is The Copper Club, a three-level private amenity suite with private dining, lounges, screening room, salon, wellness facilities, and a rooftop helipad. MIAMI - Construction reached a major milestone at Villa Miami, a 56-story waterfront residential tower underway at 710 Northeast 29th Street in Miami’s Edgewater neighborhood. Designed by ODP Architecture & Design with DeSimone Consulting Engineers as the structural engineer, and developed by Terra and One Thousand Group in collaboration with Major Food Group, the 650-foot-tall skyscraper completed its concrete foundation pour.

The 14-hour foundation operation was executed on May 9 by Moss Construction and included over 3,400 cubic yards of concrete and 2,095 tons of steel. The work was supported by 43 concrete trucks in rotation and carried out with assistance from C&C Concrete Pumping and Supermix. The milestone was reached 4 weeks ahead of schedule, signaling accelerated momentum for the tower, which is on track for completion in 2027.

Aerial photos captured throughout the pour document the highly coordinated effort from setup to final placement. C&C Concrete boom pumps extended from the northern end of the site, arching over a dense lattice of capped rebar as crews guided the flow of concrete across the mat. A yellow tower crane stands anchored at the southwest corner, flanked by staging areas and material stockpiles along the waterfront. As the pour progressed into the evening, floodlights illuminated the activity while Supermix trucks lined NE 29th Street in steady rotation to supply the mix.

Villa Miami will comprise only 70 half- and full-floor residences ranging from 3,000 to over 6,000 square feet. Each home is designed for estate-style living in the sky and will be accompanied by round-the-clock hospitality services and programming curated by Major Food Group. The brand, which is making its residential debut with the project, is also behind The Copper Club, the tower’s private multi-floor amenity suite offering a members-only lifestyle experience.

Interiors are being curated by Vicky Charles of Charles & Co., with landscape design by Enzo Enea. Residences are priced from $5.5 million, and the project has already drawn strong buyer interest since launching. Read the full story on Florida YIMBY.
